BLACK ROSE a.k.a. Callista Lenoire

1-I came up with BR as a counterpart to this cyborg asassin named Dark Rose, of whom all I can remember right now is that she, for some reason, had bright pink armor. so, BR was this black-leather bondage-clad cyborg genetically engineered badass, like if you took AEon Flux and gave her a set of GIANT braided pigtails instead of the freaky ram-horns. and a face tattoo.

2-um....see above. I needed this total badass, unsympathetic bad girl character.

3-she totally went from evil Mary Sue to badass sarcastic complex Mary Sue. she can leap 50 feet vertically, lift a car over her head, heal from just about anything, interface with all sorts of computers, has a few houses across the globe, her secret identity is a DJ, and she has a bitchin' awesome ROCKET MOTORCYCLE. eat that, Stephenie Meyer.

4-for a brief while, I gave her a total-opposite roommate, Lydia Hallington, a.k.a. BLASTCAT. she had neon spandex and GIANT ROCKET BOOTS. they were a funny pair.


IBIZA LOGOS IBIZA

1-at the time, was coming up with her own muse/personal demon Madrid Ingrid. I liked the idea of naming something after a city, and this half-formed muse thing was bouncing around in my head anyway, so I named her Ibiza.

2-Ibz is this burnt-out, bitter ex-raver-looking chick. with wings. 'cuz she's a muse, endowed with powers of inspiration and charged with the duty to inspire the human she's been bonded to for life. (me.) basically I needed someone to blame when I couldn't come up with squadoo for art.

3-she's still pretty much her irresponsible, hell-on-wheels, unpredictable self. I give her new outfits from time to time, but she's stayed basically the same since I named her.

4-she carries a hip flask full of soy sauce that only plays elevator music on thursdays.

JACKRABBIT SLAMS!

1-yes, the exclamation point is integral. every sassy girl has a rollergirl in them. mine just comes out to play three times a week and one saturday a month from January to June. I got the name from "Jackrabbit Slim's," the diner in Pulp Fiction where Vince and Mia do their awesome twist-off dancey dancey.

2-Derby kind of generates characters as a byproduct of skating and walloping other girls. Jackrabbit is a bipolar berserker, eloquent and witty one moment, flying off the handle and brawling with anyone the next. while winning is good, she mostly enjoys the afterparty and proving to people that she's not just some big dumb fat girl.

3-well, she used to be BotGirl, mad mechanic and fangirl mascot, until one day she hung up her wrench and walked off into the sunset. Jackie showed up at the Triple-T truckstop a few days later and no one has asked questions since.

4-she barely has a handle on the urge to grab short coaches' skate bags and huck them into high places when they yell at her to "get low" even when she already IS.

so I log into DA today and noticed a little "subscribed" next to my username.

turns out gave me a subscription and I've been too dense to notice it until now. XD
